A whole year ago, I did a food styling job for Margriet Magazine about summer fruit, and what to do with it when you have too much left over from your garden or the market.
Finally it’s in the magazine now! I particularly like the one with the bottle of blueberry & thyme syrup. The other ones are gooseberry & orange rind jam and home made raspberry vinegar. All recipes are (some way or the other) featured in my book: Home Made.
The styling was done by Judith Baehner and the photo’s where taken by Louis Lemaire.
