- Optional: soak the mustard seeds in the vinegar overnight, for a smoother result.
- Place the mustard seeds and vinegar in the bowl of a food processor. Add the spices, sugar (or honey or no sweetener at all) and salt & pepper.
- Blend for about 6 minutes, or until the mustard is almost or completely (up to you) smooth.
- Put mustard in a jar with lid and store it in the fridge. The mustard will develop its taste and tastes even better over time.
