There are quite a lot of soups you can make from all sorts of peas. Starting with the Dutch traditional Pea soup, I put some different ones together too, a bit more unexpected, I think. The recipes are in Margriet Magazine now, this week. Styling was done by Judith Beahner, photography by Jeroen van der Spek, food styling & recipes by me.
